Pick Up: Monday to sunday 7am – 7pm

Delivery: Monday to sunday 10am -2pm / 2pm-6pm / 6pm-8pm

• It is your responsibility as the sender to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery location on the delivery date.

• We deliver 7 days a week. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we do have 3 delivery time frames you can select from and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• We always and immediately inform you if there are any problems with the delivery of your order we will definitely call you at any time. This is the most important condition for successful delivery. Keep your phone on and be available to take our call.
