• Returns of those products that, after delivery, have been rejected by the customer due to purchase withdrawal are not accepted. This given the perishability of the products (Flowers and sweets) that are used to make floral arrangements or surprise details and that are made at the express request of the client with the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our company.
  • All our products sold at Suspirosny.com have a guarantee, with the main purpose of customer compliance and satisfaction, applying the free replacement of the product in any situation that can be duly supported as specific damage to the products during manufacturing, transportation or product delivery. 
  • In the event that the Suspirosny.com delivery arrives at the destination address and does not find the recipient, you can make two decisions: it will call the user who made the purchase and, under their consent and responsibility, leave the arrangement at the door or place to be told of the addressee’s house; or you will wait 10 minutes while you establish communication with the user who made the purchase and/or the recipient up to 3 times, after which the product will be returned to our central workshop located at 601 Carlls Path , Deer Park ,NY 11729 where you can pick it up in the next 12 hours. After that period of time the client will not have the right to claim. Within the period of 12 hours, the client may also request the reshipment of the product assuming the cost of Delivery.
