1. What is the delivery schedule?

For reasons of force majeure we cannot guarantee a specific time, but we have 3 delivery times and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

2. Can I customize my order?

Definitely. You can specify color preferences for the chocolate and flowers, their wrapper, and box options.

3. Can I return my order?

Our main objective is that customers are delighted with our products. But due to sanitary regulations, returns are not contemplated.

4. Can I cancel and refund my order?

The cancellation of the order is feasible only up to two days prior to the delivery date

1.  What kind of chocolate do they use?

We use high quality Belgian chocolate.

2. How long do chocolate covered strawberries keep?

The best way to keep them fresh is to put them in the refrigerator. However, they can go bad after 24 hours, be sure to consume them within that time frame.
